Meet Our Chef

Executive Chef Hany Ali

Born and raised in Egypt, Chef Hany Ali had a passion for the culinary arts at an early age. While Chef Hany was born in Cairo, Egypt, he was raised in a coastal resort city named Hurghada. Hurghada, is best known for its beautiful white sand beaches, fresh seafood, and one of the most popular vacation spots with Europeans. It was an inspiration to a young Hany.

  • We were blown away!

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with you and were blown away with the amazing service and exemplary food. We had the ceviche as an appetizer and tried the house Spanish wines. We then dined on Sea Bass with artichokes and tomatoes along with the Seafood Paella/Chorizo mix. Both dishes were fantastic and cooked to order. Lastly the waiter brought us bread pudding as a complementary on the house dessert along with our order of the Burnt Orange Cheesecake. Thanks Bolero for making our Anniversary so special!

    Breakfast, with special mention, Spanish omelette was perfectly prepared with two fluffy eggs and a chorizo Manchego cheese filling served along with deliciously hot, crispy and fluffy patatas bravas. The head chef Lofaso presented a wonderful meal that my family loved and will talk about for a long time. Thanks for a wonderful breakfast!

    "Celebrated our 19th Wedding Anniversary at Bolero. This restaurant was pretty amazing! The restaurant was very intimate and cozy. The food and service was excellent! We started off with the Organized Caesar...delicious! Then we had the Garlic shrimp with the grilled bread, and finished off with the Paella De Bolero (filet mignon, grilled shrimp, Chorizo) Amazing! Hands down it was the best Paella I've ever had! I'm still thinking about it. If your in Temecula it's a must try! Oh and they also had an outdoor patio to dine as well. They were playing music outside. Beautiful ambience! I can't wait to come back."
