Thank you for your interest in conducting a photography or video session at Europa Village Wineries & Resort. With multiple European-themed winery villages spread across 45 picturesque acres in Southern California, we are honored by the enthusiasm to use our iconic architecture as a backdrop for life’s milestones and special moments.

To ensure a positive experience for all guests and protect the integrity of our resort, professional photography and filming are strictly limited. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines.

Wine Club and Europa Table Culinary Club Members

The resort welcomes our members to take their own photos and videos with their own devices throughout the public areas of the property for personal use and to share on social media. We kindly ask that you please be respectful of other members and guests and do not block access to any space on pathways or sidewalks for more than just a moment. Photo shoots with professional photographers or with large camera equipment require special permission as detailed below.

Groups, Weddings & Social Events

Professional event photography is reserved for contracted events only. Please contact Events@europavillage.com if you are interested in hosting your wedding or special event at the resort. If you do not have a contracted wedding at the resort, then professional photography on the hotel grounds is not permitted.

Conference photography, including speakers, presentations, attendees, activities associated with your event, and meals is permitted in the reserved areas of your event. If you’d like to inquire about photography in other areas of the resort, please contact your event coordinator. To host a group event at the resort, please submit an RFP on our website or email Events@europavillage.com.

Local Photographers

Local photographers wishing to take architectural or landscape photos of the resort and vineyards for their portfolio and/or to promote Europa Village are welcome to do so with advance permission. Please submit your request to Events@europavillage.com. Europa Village works with a list of approved photographers for any onsite photography needs and is not currently looking for additional photographers.

Commercial Use

Commercial photography or filming anywhere on the premises of Europa Village Wineries & Resort and its surrounding 45 acres is prohibited without prior consent from Europa Village.

Any commercial shoots granted by Europa Village must be arranged more than 30 days in advance by contacting Events@europavillage.com and require the following:

• Space fees ranging from $500 to $50,000 per day. All set-up fees, plus food and beverage charges are additional and must be made through the resort’s catering department.
• Signed Global Location Release Agreement between the resort and the producer.
• An additional signed License Agreement is also required if the shoot includes recognizable features of the resort including: the words or any logos of “Europa Village,” the exterior façade of any of the resort’s buildings.
• If drone work is desired, there are additional requirements including proper licensing, FAA clearance, clearance from French Valley Airport, and additional Aviation Liability Insurance and/or a General Liability Insurance Policy with an endorsement covering Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), i.e. Drones, with combined coverage of at least $3 million per occurrence.
• Proof of General Liability Insurance of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate.

• List of additional insureds as follows with an endorsement attached: “Europa Village”; “Europa Village Wineries & Resort” “Invest Europa, LLC”
• Proof of worker’s compensation insurance if employees are on property.
