Enjoy a two-hour fully immersive Winery Tour, Tasting & Blending Experience at Europa Village.

This extraordinary experience, offered by no other winery in the world, is carefully created by expert sommeliers, award winning winemakers and world renowned chefs to give you a totally encapsulating experience featuring in the finest of wine, food pairing and winemaking.

The tour begins with you joining an expert Sommelier as you savor up to eight wines during your stroll through our vineyards and production areas, learning how wine is crafted, our philosophy of winemaking, and the art of viticulture.

You’ll then step into the role of winemaker for the day with our bespoke Premium Wine Blending Experience.

Working with two to three different wines from our Italian Oak Casks or the finest in small, French Oak Barrels, you’ll create your own perfect blend — whether it’s a glass to enjoy during the tour or a bottle (or more) to take home.

This hands-on opportunity gives you the chance to craft a wine that’s uniquely yours and understand how winemakers blend wines to create depth of character and harmony of flavor.

Having the option to create your own special one of a kind blend, along with a custom label, gives you the perfect memento to take with you to remember your day as a winemaker.

The experience concludes with a specially curated food pairing designed to showcase the harmony of food and wine, featuring three delectable creations each paired with a sommelier selected wine. They are sure to educate, entice and delight your senses!

Notes: Reservations are recommended with 48 hours advance notice, however, walk-in are sometimes possible. Participants must be 21 years or older and will be subjected to an ID verification. 

As this is a tour of a working vineyard and winery, we require all guests to be able to stand and walk on a variety of surfaces for a minimum of 60 minutes and be comfortable around active machinery and winemaking processes.
