Join us for Pathway to Possibilities at Europa Village, an Autism Benefit Gala supporting the Autism Society of America, a leading organization dedicated to connecting the Autism community to the resources and opportunities they need to live fully. This event reflects our commitment to helping individuals with autism thrive, supporting students in our own community as they build confidence, job skills, and independence, while expanding that mission on a national level through our partnership.
This elegant evening will bring together community leaders, philanthropists, advocates, and local businesses for a night of connection, impact, and possibility of celebrating the Autism community and the mission of the Autism Society of America.
We are especially honored to have students from Chaparral High School’s Workability Program serving guests throughout the night — a powerful example of inclusion and community engagement in action.

WorkAbility I is a transformative program that offers pre-employment skills training and ongoing support services to youth in special education as they transition from school to the workforce. Catering to students aged 16-22, it provides a unique opportunity to simultaneously pursue secondary education and acquire valuable job skills, enhancing their readiness for the job market. This initiative not only benefits the students by empowering them with practical skills but also enriches employers with a pool of skilled workers and contributes to the broader community by fostering inclusivity and economic growth.
