Winery

Can I bring my own food?

We do not allow any outside food or beverages with the exception of a birthday or celebration cake.

 

We allow picnics for a maximum of up to ten guests solely within our courtyard cabanas at C’est la Vie which are available for rent in advance (or if available on the day of your visit). To make a reservation, please call 951.506.1818, option 3.

 

We also offer a selection of grab-and-go items and snacks to enjoy with your wine, as well as sliced meats & cheeses, an assortment of crackers, and a variety of beverages and bottled waters.

 

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No outside wine, any other alcohol or other beverages other than water are permitted on the premises, per our license. Guests may purchase wine, beer, cocktails and assorted beverages in the tasting rooms, restaurant and retail shop.

 

Are the wineries dog-friendly?

At our C’est La Vie facility, pets must be properly restrained and accompanied by an adult at all times. As per Health Department regulations and for the safety of our visitors and staff, pets are not permitted in our indoor tasting rooms.

 

At Bolero and Casitas, only service dogs are allowed.

 

At Vienza, only service dogs are allowed. Please no dogs allowed on the turf.

 

Are children allowed at the wineries?

For the enjoyment of all guests, children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.

 

Do I need a reservation for a large group?

For large groups, we encourage you to call ahead so we’re aware of your arrival, but please note that we do not take reservations. We recommend large parties visit before 2 PM, as we experience higher guest volumes afterward and may not be able to accommodate seating, especially on weekends.

 

Do I need a reservation for wine tasting?

Our tasting room operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not take formal reservations.

 

Are there any reservation options?

Yes, we offer two reserved experiences:

  1. Cabanas at C’est La Vie: These can be reserved by calling the tasting room at 951.414.3803 or in person if available.
  2. Private Bolero La Plaza Tastings (Weekends Only): Enjoy a seated tasting at La Plaza de Bolero, guided by our sommeliers. Your reservation includes a tasting for up to four guests and a guaranteed table for 60 minutes. Food is available for purchase, but outside food and drink are not permitted. Maximum of 4 guests per hour. Click here to make a reservation.

 

When is last call?

C’es La Vie:

Last Call (tastings): 4:15 pm*
Last Call (glass pours): 4:30 pm*

 

*On days with a wedding or private event, Last Call for Tastings is at 4 pm and Last Call for Glass Pours is 4:30 pm and all guests must be off the property by 5 pm. Please call our Tasting Room at 951.506.1818, option 3 or email us at info@europavillage.com in advance to confirm specific hours for the day.

Bolero & Vienza:

Is my Société Membership valid at all locations?

Yes! Your Société Membership is valid at Bolero, Vienza, and C’est la Vie wineries.

 

FAQ

Weddings

How much time do I have for my wedding?

You have a total of five hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $3,500 per hour prior to 5pm, plus additional bar fees. Tasting room hours are from 10am-5pm or 11am-6pm. All events must conclude by 10pm.

Is there a cake cutting fee?

No cake cutting fee. We would be happy to cut and serve your cake for you.

Is the dance floor included?

A dance floor is not needed or required. If desired, a dance floor may be rented for an additional cost.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Europa Village does not allow outside catering. We are, however, happy to discuss special meals for those with allergies and food restrictions.

 

Are tax and service charges included in your package prices?

No. 22% service fee is added to the package price and beverages. Sales tax is applicable to all services.

I want to have my wedding at Europa Village! Is a deposit required to reserve my date?

Contact our events office. A 10% deposit of the grand total or $500, whichever is greater is due at upon signing of contract.

How much time is allowed for decorating and set-up?

All vendors and decorators may have access to the room or ceremony site 2 hours prior to the start of the wedding.

Are menu tastings available?

Absolutely! Menu tastings may be arranged through your venue coordinator.

Do you offer a Military discount?

We certainly do! Discounts vary depending on entrée and beverage selections. Please inquire within.

Do you offer a bridal room?

Yes, we do! We have a beautiful bridal room that is available four hours prior to your ceremony.

Would a cash bar be an option for us?

Of course! There is a $150.00 fee for every 50 guests.

Do I need to provide a PA system for the ceremony?

Yes. Contact your DJ or band, they may be able to provide you with the PA equipment.

Can I have a live band?

Yes, you may! Bands are always welcomed. Live bands and DJ’s are subject to comply with the Riverside County noise ordinance.

Can I take my engagement pictures at the winery?

Yes! We would love for all of our booked couples to take advantage of the beautiful panoramic views and vineyards for your engagement pictures. Please coordinate a date and time with your venue coordinator.

Can I serve hard alcohol at my wedding?

Yes, we offer hard alcohol, a full selection of our sophisticated Europa Village wines, craft and domestic beer, along with soft drinks and water.

How much time do I have for my event?

Do you offer room blocks for my event?

Yes, we do! We have 10 rooms at our Inn and 10 casitas at Bolero. Contact our events team for rates and availability.

Does Europa Village offer transportation?

We do not have a shuttle service; however, we are happy to assist to arrange transportation through local transport companies and/or ride share providers.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Are audio/visual packages available?

Yes. We have several package options as well as a la carte options. For more information about our offerings, please contact the events department.

If you plan to book a DJ or a live band, they can set up their own equipment. Live bands and DJ’s are subject to comply with the Riverside Counts noise ordinance.

Are menu tastings available?

Menu tastings are available at an additional fee and must be arranged through with our events team.

Do you offer a Military discount?

We certainly do! Discounts vary depending on entrée and beverage selections.

What on-site team activities are available?

We offer wine tasting, wine pairing dinners, paint and sip, vineyard tours, to name a few. For a full list of group experiences, please contact our events department.

What local attractions does Temecula offer?

Hot air balloon rides, wine tours, horseback riding through wine country, golf, casino, Old Town Temecula, Brewery Tours.

Is there entertainment on property?

We do feature live music on Sunday afternoon from 1-4pm. We also offer many ticketed events throughout the year. Check with our events team for upcoming artists and events.

Can I tour the property?

Absolutely! Our events team would be happy to schedule a date and tie to show you what is available at Europa Village.

Resort

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is time 11:00 am.

Can I make arrangements for early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-ins are based on availability on the day of arrival only. Late check-outs are based on availability on the day of departure only.

Do you offer shuttle service?

Car service can be arranged upon request. Uber and Lyft also offer service throughout Temecula Valley wine country.

Is there a fee for parking?

At this time, there is no fee for parking.

 

Can I guarantee a rollaway bed or crib

Rollaway beds and cribs can be requested at the time of your reservation, but cannot be guaranteed.

Can I connect my laptop to the internet from my guest room?

High-speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms for our guests.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

We allow Service Animals only.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast:

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 11 am | Saturday & Sunday 8 am – 10 am

Weekend Brunch:

Saturday & Sunday: 10 am – 2 pm

How late is the restaurant open?

Bolero Restaurante is open until 9 pm daily.

Is breakfast included in my stay at The Inn and the Casitas?

Breakfast is not include as part of your stay at The Inn and Bolero Casitas.  We do offer a Bed & Breakfast package that includes a $40 breakfast voucher for Bolero Restaurante.
