Winery
We do not allow any outside food or beverages with the exception of a birthday or celebration cake.
We allow picnics for a maximum of up to ten guests solely within our courtyard cabanas at C’est la Vie which are available for rent in advance (or if available on the day of your visit). To make a reservation, please call 951.506.1818, option 3.
We also offer a selection of grab-and-go items and snacks to enjoy with your wine, as well as sliced meats & cheeses, an assortment of crackers, and a variety of beverages and bottled waters.
No outside wine, any other alcohol or other beverages other than water are permitted on the premises, per our license. Guests may purchase wine, beer, cocktails and assorted beverages in the tasting rooms, restaurant and retail shop.
At our C’est La Vie facility, pets must be properly restrained and accompanied by an adult at all times. As per Health Department regulations and for the safety of our visitors and staff, pets are not permitted in our indoor tasting rooms.
At Bolero and Casitas, only service dogs are allowed.
At Vienza, only service dogs are allowed. Please no dogs allowed on the turf.
For the enjoyment of all guests, children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
For large groups, we encourage you to call ahead so we’re aware of your arrival, but please note that we do not take reservations. We recommend large parties visit before 2 PM, as we experience higher guest volumes afterward and may not be able to accommodate seating, especially on weekends.
Our tasting room operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not take formal reservations.
Yes, we offer two reserved experiences:
- Cabanas at C’est La Vie: These can be reserved by calling the tasting room at 951.414.3803 or in person if available.
- Private Bolero La Plaza Tastings (Weekends Only): Enjoy a seated tasting at La Plaza de Bolero, guided by our sommeliers. Your reservation includes a tasting for up to four guests and a guaranteed table for 60 minutes. Food is available for purchase, but outside food and drink are not permitted. Maximum of 4 guests per hour. Click here to make a reservation.

Last Call (tastings): 4:15 pm*
Last Call (glass pours): 4:30 pm*
*On days with a wedding or private event, Last Call for Tastings is at 4 pm and Last Call for Glass Pours is 4:30 pm and all guests must be off the property by 5 pm. Please call our Tasting Room at 951.506.1818, option 3 or email us at info@europavillage.com in advance to confirm specific hours for the day.

Yes! Your Société Membership is valid at Bolero, Vienza, and C’est la Vie wineries.

Weddings
You have a total of five hours. Additional hours may be purchased for $3,500 per hour prior to 5pm, plus additional bar fees. Tasting room hours are from 10am-5pm or 11am-6pm. All events must conclude by 10pm.
No cake cutting fee. We would be happy to cut and serve your cake for you.
A dance floor is not needed or required. If desired, a dance floor may be rented for an additional cost.
Europa Village does not allow outside catering. We are, however, happy to discuss special meals for those with allergies and food restrictions.
No. 22% service fee is added to the package price and beverages. Sales tax is applicable to all services.

All vendors and decorators may have access to the room or ceremony site 2 hours prior to the start of the wedding.

Yes, we do! We have a beautiful bridal room that is available four hours prior to your ceremony.
Of course! There is a $150.00 fee for every 50 guests.
Yes. Contact your DJ or band, they may be able to provide you with the PA equipment.
Yes, you may! Bands are always welcomed. Live bands and DJ’s are subject to comply with the Riverside County noise ordinance.
Yes! We would love for all of our booked couples to take advantage of the beautiful panoramic views and vineyards for your engagement pictures. Please coordinate a date and time with your venue coordinator.
Yes, we offer hard alcohol, a full selection of our sophisticated Europa Village wines, craft and domestic beer, along with soft drinks and water.

We do not have a shuttle service; however, we are happy to assist to arrange transportation through local transport companies and/or ride share providers.

We do feature live music on Sunday afternoon from 1-4pm. We also offer many ticketed events throughout the year. Check with our events team for upcoming artists and events.

Resort
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is time 11:00 am.
Early check-ins are based on availability on the day of arrival only. Late check-outs are based on availability on the day of departure only.
Car service can be arranged upon request. Uber and Lyft also offer service throughout Temecula Valley wine country.
At this time, there is no fee for parking.
Rollaway beds and cribs can be requested at the time of your reservation, but cannot be guaranteed.
High-speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms for our guests.
We allow Service Animals only.

Bolero Restaurante is open until 9 pm daily.
