Yesika Lavyn

Yesika Lavyn, Director of Catering and Sales oversees the events team at Europa Village. Her passion, style and attention to detail are only matched by the pride she takes in inspiring her team to provide impeccable service for our clients. With a strong background in hospitality, event management, and a WSET 2 Sommelier, she sets a standard of service and event execution that is unmatched. Yesika’s passion for wedding planning, creative vision and events are a crucial component of her tremendous success.

When Yesika isn’t overseeing weddings and events she enjoys traveling to exotic destinations and sampling new cuisines.

Rachel Romanelli

Rachel Romanelli, our Catering Manager, first discovered her love of the Spanish culture while studying abroad in Valladolid, just north of Madrid. Her warm and fun-loving personality will put you at ease immediately when you meet her. With a Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning and Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Rachel has extensive experience planning events throughout Southern California. As Europa Village’s Catering Manager, she assists our incredible couples in bringing their wedding vision to life.

Rachel loves every aspect of her work; you will love her friendly and approachable spirit. In her off-time Rachel enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. 

Yvette Martinez

Yvette Martinez, our Wedding Coordinator, earned a Hospitality and Tourism Management degree from San Diego State University. Her attention to detail and dedication to her couples makes her the ideal person to plan a wedding.  A true joy for her couples to collaborate with, Yvette works to intimately understand her couples’ vision and then brings their dream wedding to life.

When she isn’t perfectly coordinating weddings, Yvette enjoys going on hikes, antiquing and nailing the newest DIY home décor project.

Société Europa selections, plus applicable taxes and shipping, will be charged to the credit card on file with your membership information. Selection prices vary, depending on the wines selected. For any questions, please contact the Société Europa Concierge at 1-888-383-8767.

The Magellan Series and Première Selection allows you exclusivity to purchase pre-released premium wines and small-lot wines and increases your discount to 25% off all wine and merchandise purchases (excluding consignment items).

The bottle from the Magellan Series is sourced from either France, Spain or Italy.

We will process your credit card the day of the allocation date for approximately: $130-$170 for the Magellan Series, $57-$105 for the Première Selection, and $35-$55 for the Passport Selection. (Prices are contingent on selection).
