Yesika Lavyn, Director of Catering and Sales oversees the events team at Europa Village. Her passion, style and attention to detail are only matched by the pride she takes in inspiring her team to provide impeccable service for our clients. With a strong background in hospitality, event management, and a WSET 2 Sommelier, she sets a standard of service and event execution that is unmatched. Yesika’s passion for wedding planning, creative vision and events are a crucial component of her tremendous success.
When Yesika isn’t overseeing weddings and events she enjoys traveling to exotic destinations and sampling new cuisines.
Yvette Martinez, our Catering Manager, earned a Hospitality and Tourism Management degree from San Diego State University. Her attention to detail and dedication to her couples makes her the ideal person to plan a wedding. A true joy for her couples to collaborate with, Yvette works to intimately understand her couples’ vision and then brings their dream wedding to life.
When she isn’t perfectly managing weddings, Yvette enjoys going on hikes, antiquing and nailing the newest DIY home décor project.
