Europa Village Tasting Room Operation Updates

Europa Village will continue to remain open for curbside pickup of wine club shipments and wine orders.

We continue to take precautions to operate a safe and clean environment to protect our villagers and those arriving to pickup their wine.

We encourage everyone to practice safe and healthy habits; follow federal, state and regional guidelines and please continue to follow us on our social media channels and website for updates.

While we have temporarily closed our tasting room, we are offering our Sociètè wine club members and our general community the option to pick up wines curbside at Europa Village. Beginning today, March 17th, and until further notice, our villagers will be positioned at the entrance of the wine cave daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to retrieve member shipments and any additional wines they would like to purchase. If members are not able to come by in person, we are happy to arrange for wines to be shipped, and if that is not an option, we are happy to hold wines until further notice. Guests who are not members of the wine club may also order online at www.europavillage.com or via phone at 951.506.1818 and will have the option to choose curbside pickup or shipping. We value your patronage very much and greatly appreciate your loyalty, support, and understanding during this time.

At the recommendation of the Governor of California and to help ensure the safety and wellness of our guests, Europa Village has made the decision to temporarily close its winery effective Monday, March 16th. We are hopeful that by following these proactive measures, we are doing our part to help mitigate the continued spread of COVID-19. We appreciate your support and understanding and encourage you stay tuned to our website and social media handles for news on a re-opening date. Dear  Members and Guests,

At Europa Village, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance and will remain as such, especially in today’s travel climate. We understand that there is an increased level of uncertainty when it comes to travel and public spaces and want you to know that we’re closely monitoring the U.S Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for updates and guidance on the COVID-19 issue.

In addition to maintaining extensive daily sanitation procedures, we have implemented additional disinfection measures across the property with a focus on public spaces and have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. We are also in regular communication internally to ensure our team knowledge and awareness remains current and to connect with our guests in a swift manner. We will continue to monitor the situation and stay close to health department officials for updates.

We ask that guests contribute to our efforts to help keep everyone here safe by frequently washing hands, limiting contact with others, and practicing health safety protocols.

At this time, we will operate during our regularly scheduled times, 10 am to 5 pm Daily. We will keep you posted by email and social media on any changes that occur as this situation develops.
