To all of our guests and friends,
Europa Village values every single one of our employees, Société members, and guests and we want to take all measures to ensure their health and safety. We learned today that an employee in our Europa Village Tasting Room has tested positive for COVID-19. Since receiving this news and in light of Governor Newsom’s mandate today that wineries and tasting rooms close indoor operations to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we immediately and temporarily closed both our Bolero and Prelude facilities. We plan to reopen our Bolero Restaurante and Prelude Tasting Room for outdoor dining and wine tasting once we have completed the steps to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. We expect this to be Friday evening for dining guests and Saturday for wine tasting guests, but again not before we complete the steps below to insure the safety of our guests and employees.
We have informed all employees who worked closely with this team member of their possible exposure. Additionally, Europa Village is providing COVID-19 diagnostic testing to all our staff—with the intent to ensure all staff members are tested before reopening. As a reminder, the CDC defines close contact as being within approximately six feet of a person with a COVID-19 infection for a prolonged period of time for 10 minutes or longer.
Again, Europa Village values every single one of our employees, Société members, and guests and we want to take all measures to ensure their health and safety. The temporary closure of our indoor facilities will allow for professional deep cleaning and testing for our employees. We continue to uphold strict requirements within Europa Village for employees when they return to work and will re-open Bolero for outdoor dining and Prelude for outdoor wine tastings only with employees who have a confirmed negative COVID-19 test result—as the health and safety of our employees and our guests is our top priority.
We require guests to wear their own facial coverage while in common areas and not eating or drinking. We of course encourage anyone who has any symptoms to stay at home and to get a COVID-19 test.
This month’s wine club orders can be picked up curbside at Europa Village beginning Saturday, July 4.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We always want to prioritize the health of our staff, members, and guests, and we appreciate your understanding. We will share updates on the re-opening of our facilties on Friday.
If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com

While we have temporarily closed our tasting room, we are offering our Sociètè wine club members and our general community the option to pick up wines curbside at Europa Village. Beginning today, March 17th, and until further notice, our villagers will be positioned at the entrance of the wine cave daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to retrieve member shipments and any additional wines they would like to purchase. If members are not able to come by in person, we are happy to arrange for wines to be shipped, and if that is not an option, we are happy to hold wines until further notice. Guests who are not members of the wine club may also order online at www.europavillage.com or via phone at 951.506.1818 and will have the option to choose curbside pickup or shipping.
