Learn how to pair our 2020 Chardonnay Barrel Select with some of your favorite holiday dishes.

Tasting Notes
Like a hawk, this is a Chardonnay that strikes quickly, immediately pouring on luscious and powerful aromas of lanolin and beeswax, with freshly churned butter hinting at the richness of the wine. Ripe green apple comes on strong as you take the first sip, as this very full-bodied wine enchants with creamy butterscotch and baking spices driving through to a long and plush finish.

Holiday Food Pairing
A great choice for au gratin potatoes, fettuccine alfredo, or creamy green bean casserole.

Imported directly from Italy, our 2019 Barbera d’Asti uniquely pairs well with delectable main entrées.

Tasting Notes
Bright aromas of cherry, earth, and wet stone with flavors of raspberry and strawberry ensconce a zippy acidity.

Holiday Food Pairing
Perfect for dishes like rotisserie chicken or turkey.

Another holiday favorite, our 2019 Montepulciano will take your taste buds on a trip to Italy.

Tasting Notes
Captivates the nose with complex aromas of pomegranate, autumn leaves, and brandied cherries. On the palate, savory notes of exotic spices are tempered by a slightly jammy flavor of plum. This culminates in a balancing acidity that leaves a pleasant tingle lingering, beckoning the taster to enjoy another sample.

Holiday Food Pairing
While fabulous on its own, this wine begs you to drink it alongside a beef wellington or mushroom risotto.

An iron fist in a velvet glove, our Alicante Bouschet will elevate your average dinner to the next level.

Tasting Notes
Alicante Bouschet is known for its robust and intense richness of color, body, and tannin, making it the perfect wine for cool weather and rich meals. This youthfully purple example gives enticing aromas of blackberry preserves, cedar, and polished wood. On the palate, it is unabashedly bold and intense, with jammy dark fruits matching a vibrant acidity and long finish.

Holiday Food Pairing
A great choice to pair with Santa Maria tri-tip or pulled pork.
