Our Winemaker Dinner celebrating old world traditions, showcased two masters of their craft, Winemaker George Bursick and Executive Chef Dean Thomas. This unforgettable evening was beautifully set in our wine cave, filled with wine club members, enjoying the best of what Europa Village has to offer.

As always, Executive Chef Dean Thomas and his culinary team “hit it out of the park” with his six course gourmet dinner. His passion for the finest ingredients and impeccable presentation is savored in each and every bite. Esteemed Winemaker George Bursick led us through his pairing selections and gave us a passionate review of his winemaking process, his timing for harvest and what he is striving for in order to achieve the absolute best result for each varietal he is producing. We would like to thank Justin Hulse for his beautiful photos of this special evening.
