Europa Village Concentrates on Professional Leadership Studies at UNLV
A group of Europa Village managers recently attended an informative workshop at the Executive Education Program offered at the University of Las Vegas, entitled “How Vegas Does Hospitality.”
Executive Chef Mark Sandoval, from UNLV Harrah Hotel College, provided his valuable insights into customer service in the food and beverage industry. A lively discussion on customer loyalty and employee engagement was presented by Finley Cotrone, Ph.D. and lecturer at UNLV. Afterwards the group toured the exquisite Four Seasons property and got the inside scoop on how they provide their Las Vegas visitors with an exceptional “non-gaming” experience, as well as how they recruit, train and retain quality employees in a very competitive job market.
